Hi, I’m Lucy!
I’m a classically trained musician and experienced Clarinet teacher, as well as a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor specialising in Pilates, BODYBALANCE™ and Yoga.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Music from the Royal Academy of Music in London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. I teach Clarinet at two grammar schools in Warwickshire and two independent boarding schools in Oxfordshire. I also manage a team of moderators for GCSE Music, a role that allows me to support music teachers and contribute to maintaining high standards in music education.
Music and movement both require focus, discipline, precision, control and flow — qualities that shape my approach to teaching. I am known for being a calm, patient and encouraging teacher, helping every participant feel confident, supported and able to enjoy their practice. Whether in the practice room or the studio, I believe attention to detail and mindful guidance make all the difference.
I teach Pilates, BODYBALANCE™ and Yoga across Warwickshire, including Stratford-upon-Avon, Southam, Leamington Spa and Northend. My classes are thoughtfully structured and technique-focused, yet warm and welcoming, with a strong emphasis on breathing, alignment and mindful movement.
My love of Yoga, which I’ve been practising for over 20 years, inspires the classes I teach and shapes my teaching style. I am currently completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, continuing to deepen my knowledge and expand my teaching.
Whether through music or movement, my goal is to help people build strength, balance and confidence. View my class schedule or book a class to join a session.
