Yoga with Lucy
I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200) with over 20 years of personal yoga practice. My classes are welcoming, inclusive and suitable for a range of abilities, whether you're completely new to yoga or have practised before.
My classes follow a Vinyasa style, moving at a steady, unhurried pace through a sequence of postures towards a peak pose. The flow allows time to focus on good technique while still offering plenty of challenge to help you build strength, improve mobility and develop greater body awareness.
Breathing and alignment are at the heart of every class. I give clear guidance throughout and always offer options and modifications, so you can work at a level that feels right for your body. More challenging postures are introduced gradually, with plenty of support along the way.
I have recently started my 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training with Orange Yoga in Cheltenham, continuing to deepen my knowledge and develop my teaching. As part of this training, I have completed the intensive Learn to Teach Ashtanga module, building on my long-standing personal practice of Ashtanga Yoga.
All new clients complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire before their first class so that exercises can be adapted safely where needed.
I teach a weekly Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga class at the Burton Dassett Village Hall, Top Street, Northend, Warwickshire, CV47 2TN.
£10 Single Class
£50 for a Flexible 6 Class Pass
I also teach Slow Flow Yoga at The Well Centre in Leamington Spa and a Slow & Steady class at Hotpod Yoga Stratford-upon-Avon, offering the opportunity to practise with me in Hotpod’s unique heated yoga environment.
Classes at each venue will have their own schedules, pricing and booking arrangements.
