Yoga with Lucy

I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of personal practice. My classes are friendly and inclusive, and my teaching style is calm and encouraging, helping you feel at ease and supported.

Classes are thoughtfully structured and taught at a steady pace, flowing through a Vinyasa sequence towards a peak pose. While the pace is considered and controlled, the practice is strong and dynamic, helping you build strength, improve mobility and develop body awareness. There is a strong focus on breathing, alignment and mindful movement, with time to move with control and awareness.

Clear guidance is given throughout, with options and modifications always offered so you can work at a level that feels right for you. Even more challenging postures are approached in an accessible and supportive way.

All new clients complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire before their first class so that exercises can be adapted safely where needed.
