As is standard practice in Pilates, yoga and fitness classes in the UK, all clients are required to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire before attending their first class. This is an insurance requirement and forms part of my duty of care as an instructor. I am fully insured, first aid trained, DBS checked, and registered with the ICO to ensure your safety and confidentiality.
