My group classes in Warwickshire are welcoming, inclusive and supportive, with a strong focus on mindful movement and balanced strength.

I specialise in Pilates, BODYBALANCE™ and Yoga, delivering structured, expertly planned sessions designed to help you move well, build confidence and feel stronger in your body.

Each class is taught at a steady, purposeful pace, with clear instruction and a strong emphasis on breathing, alignment, control and good technique. Options are always provided, ensuring you can work safely and confidently at your own level.

BODYBALANCE™ Classes in Warwickshire

BODYBALANCE™ is a Les Mills programme inspired by Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. This flowing, low-impact but challenging class improves flexibility, core strength and balance while promoting relaxation and overall wellbeing.
